Chapter 5 - Maintenance 

5.6.7  Power Supply Removal 

 

High voltages are used in the operation of this equipment. 
Prior to working on the equipment ensure that all electrical 
power is off. Failure to observe this warning may result in 
serious injury or death to personnel. 

a)  Remove cover from chassis (refer to paragraph 5.6.2). 

b)  Remove wire harness connectors from power supply connectors. 

c)  From underneath chassis, remove four screws and lockwashers securing 

power supply to bottom panel. 

d) Remove four screws, spacers, lockwashers and nuts securing power 

supply cover to power supply. Retain cover for replacement. 

5.6.8  Power Supply Installation 

a)  Position power supply cover on power supply and attach with four 

screws, spacers, lockwashers, and nuts. 

b)  Position power supply over four mounting holes on chassis bottom panel. 

c)  From underneath chassis, attach power supply to bottom panel with four 

screws and lockwashers. 

d)  Attach wire harness connectors to power supply connectors. 

e)  Replace cover on chassis and secure with three screws. 

5.6.9  Power Inverter Removal
