Chapter 2 - Installation

angle 1 is 000.000 to 359.999 Azimuth angle,

angle 2 is 000.000 to 090.000 Elevation angle,

autotrackData is a number between 00-13 representing autotrack
status,

<cr><lf> is a carriage return, line feed sequence

All data is in ASCII and fixed length by use of leading zeros. The message
length is thus 31 characters (not counting the carriage return, line feed). This
time and angle format is easily viewable and verifiable without requiring
conversions.

The autotrack status value is constructed as a 4-bit value with bit b0 being the
least significant bit and b3 the most significant. Interpretation of the bits is as
follows:

b0 = Ka-band Feed Select Left or Right; 0 for Left, 1 for Right

b2,b1 = Autotrack Channel Select; 00 for Ka band, 01 for S-Left, 10
for

S-Right, 11 is never used

b3 = Autotracking Above Threshold; 1 = Autotrack, 0 = Program
Track

For example, any even number is Ka-band Left, any odd number is Ka-band

Right, any number 8 and above is Autotracking, 7 and below is Program
Track.
