VIA AMOS-3007 User Manual

A.3  Installing the VIA EMIO-8570 4G LTE & GPS M.2 

Module Kit

Step 1

Remove the bottom plate from the VIA AMOS-3007 as described in 

Step 1 of section 5.1

 and the front panel 

I/O plate as described in 

S

tep 2 of section A.1

.

Step 2

Insert the standoff included in M.2 screw pack into the hole closest to the M.2 slot.

Step 3

Align the notch on the VIA EMIO-8570 module with the counterpart on the M2_2 slot. Then insert the module 

at a 30° angle. Align the mounting hole on the VIA EMIO-8570 module with the mounting hole-on the standoff, 

and then secure the VIA EMIO-8570 module in place with the screw included in the M.2 screw pack.
