Video Splitter/Multiplexer

INTRODUCTION
The VIP-884-V, VIP-884-V2, VIP-884-V3, and VIP-884-V4 "ViewSplice"
Video Splitters allow up to 4, 8, 12, and 16 monitors
to be connected to one PC for simultaneous viewing of up to four separate images on four monitors for each video port on the
PC.
INSTALLATION
1. Connect PC to Video Splitter unit:
Connect the video output of the PC to the Video Splitter using a HDD15 male/female extension cable. Connect the male
connector of the extension cable to the PC’s video port. Connect the female connector of the same cable to the Video
Splitter’s back panel connector marked “TO PC VIDEO”.
Or in the case of the V2, V3, and V4 series ViewSplice
Connect Pc’s Monitor A video output to the back panel connector of the Video Splitter marked “PC MON A” and connect the
PC’s Monitor B, C, and D video outputs to the back panel of the Video Splitter marked “PC MON B”, “PC MON C”, and “PC
MON D”.
2. Connect Monitors to the Video Splitter:
Connect one monitor to the back panel connector of the Video Splitter marked “STA-1 MON”. Connect the remaining monitors
to the other back panel connectors marked “STA-2 MON” thru “STA-4 MON”.
Or in the case of the V2, V3, and V4 series ViewSplice
Connect one set of monitors to the back panel of the Video Splitter marked “STA-1 MON A’, “STA-1 MON B”, “STA-1 MON
C”, and “STA-1 MON D”. Connect the remaining monitors to the back panel connectors of the Video Splitter marked “STA-2
MON-A”, “STA-2 MON B”, “STA-2 MON C”, and “STA-2 MON D” thru “STA-4 MON-A”, “STA-4 MON-B”, “STA-4 MON-C”,
and “STA-4 MON-D”.
3. Connect the Power Supply to the Video Splitter:
The Multiplexer is powered by an external wall plug-in supply the VIP-210 +5 Vdc 1A. First plug the power output plug of
this external supply into the Multiplexer’s back panel mating jack marked "+5VDC", and only then plug the supply into a
