Confirm that cotter pins are in place and in  good condition.

Spool dispensing assembly: Examine the inner and outer retaining discs, the wing nut, the threaded 

rod,  the  rod coupler and set screw, and  the  rod  extension.  Make sure  that  the  wing  nut  threads 

smoothly  and  easily  onto  the  threaded  rod  and  the  rod  extension.  Confirm  that  the  rod  and 

extension  are  both  straight  and  that  the  threads  are  undamaged. Inspect the retaining discs for 

warps and cracks. Examine the guide wheel assembly (roller bracket, upper and lower rollers, spring, 

washers, roller pin,  and cotter pins) for damage, missing, worn, or loose parts. Inspect the). Replace all 

parts that are damaged.
