4.9. HOW TO REMOVE AND ATTACH THE CAMERA UNIT
The camera unit (which contains the cameras) can be removed to
allow the patient to see the room. This is advised at times when:
• The patient is changing position (such as repositioning
between testing or treatment maneuvers).
• The patient indicates they need a break from the dark environment
of the goggles between testing or treatment procedures.
• The clinician and patient agree that it is not necessary
to fully remove the goggles from the patient.
Note:
When the camera unit is removed, no viewing or recording of patients’
eyes can occur since the cameras are inside of the camera unit.
REMOVING THE CAMERA UNIT
1. Simultaneously press both spring
release buttons (there is one button
on each side of the goggles).
2. Remove the camera unit by pulling
it straight away from the body unit.
Always remember to place the
camera unit in a secure location.
