Removing the Belt Support Roller

Check that the roller is free from wear and that
it rotates freely.

Remove the special fastening screw and the
roller, complete with bearing.

Remove the elastic ring and eject the bearing
using the following tools.

Heat the roller and install the bearing using the
following tools.

Reposition the roller using the specific screw.

Tighten at the prescribed torque.

Replace the intake with the O-ring, pan sealing
gasket and fan case.
