NOte:
It is easier to install the engine into the insert before
the insert is installed into fireplace or approved firebox.
1. Remove panel on right outside of insert by removing
eight (8) screws. Retain panels and screws.

2. Carefully remove engine assembly from packaging.
3. Disconnect command center cable from control board
by disconnecting six-pin connector. Set aside.

4. Carefully insert engine in large opening on inside of
firebox. Be careful not to damage gasket material on
back of engine panel. Make sure all wiring and associ-
ated fuel lines are completely through opening and are
not pinched.
5. Place slot on left side of engine bottom onto bracket
on left side of firebox to prevent engine from shifting.

6. Use seven (7) screws found in log support bracket/
grate packaging to attach the side of the engine base
to the side of the firebox.
