FIREPLACE INSTALLATION

ROCK WOOL PLACEMENT

Place rock wool evenly in dime-sized pieces over the burner

ports. Do not place embers over the burner slots. To better

enable the gas to permeate the rock wool, apply the rock

wool in light, dime size fluffy pieces.

Do not use the entire bag of rock wool to

cover the burner. This could cause the flame

to burn poorly and may lead to sooting.
