Description Feature
RAID 1 (standard mirroring) and RAID 10 (block level
striping with double distributed parity) are implemented as
follows:

Note:
The disk drives in the appliance are pre-formatted
before the appliance is shipped. These drives should not
be moved into different slots or otherwise rearranged.

Locating the appliance serial number
The serial number is located on the rear panel of the appliance and begins with the
letters VTAS.
You can also find the serial number in the pull out tab on the front of the appliance.
You have to remove the front bezel to access the pull out tab for the serial number.
