VOID (CANCEL) TRANSACTION
END OF DAY
At the end of your business day, remember to submit your ‘Batch’ –
End of Day report.
This confirms all the transactions processed since the last End of Day, allowing your
payments to be processed.

To see the transaction types, press the 3 grey dots
toward the top of the screen.
On the Main Menu -
Select 1 ‘Transactions’
.

Three types of transaction are possible:
(Options 2 & 3 will be available in a future release).
1. Sale
4. Refund
5. Void

Enter your password
2.
Enter the amount
3.
Press the green key to confirm
4.
Present card, tap, insert or swipe
5.
Print receipts
1.
Enter your password
2.
Enter Receipt number (‘RNO’ printed on receipt)

3.
Press the green key to proceed.
4.
Print Void receipt

Select Option 2 ‘Administration’

Enter your password
If the device is left powered on, an Auto End of Day will run if you forget to
initiate the above manually.
