General Maintenance
Preventive rather than reactive maintenance is recommended. The type and frequency
depends on the product use; the following are recommended.

Set a safe temperature above ambient, and open
the door to see if the heater light goes out

Adjust the set-point on the element over-tem-
perature controller to a lower value than the cur-
rent displayed temperature on the main
controller and ensure the heater lights go out.
