11. TERMS OF GUARANTEE
The guarantee covers all hidden defects and damages occurring in the period of guarantee at the producer’s fault (i.e. in
result of defective material, processing or assembly).
The period of guarantee is 24 months from the date of purchase. In case of a repair the period of guarantee shall be
extended by the time that lapsed from the moment the dust collector is reported for repair until notice about repair
completion.
The scope of guarantee does not include activities specified in the manual (technical & operating documentation) and
qualifying as normal use service (e.g. installation, cleaning and maintenance).
The wear of parts and consumables in conditions of normal use does not entitle to any claims under this guarantee.
The guarantee shall become invalid in case of improper installation and use of the machine (against its purpose and the
manual/technical & operating documentation), if repairs or construction changes are made without consent of the
producer/importer, if damages are found which are caused by external factors (mechanical, chemical damage, flooding,
etc.) and in case of lack of a legible producer’s nameplate.
Complaints shall be considered upon submittal of a filled-in guarantee card and delivery of the damaged machine together with
purchase proof.
