Appendix 4: Heat Shield for Surround / Shelf Installation

To install this heat shield, the purchase of the accessory AC01317 is required.

When a heat shield is installed, you can reduce the clearances to the mantle shelf and the

top surround as followed (refer to

Section 8.3

Compliance of a Combustible Mantel
