3. Operation
Power-up
•
Turn the unit on using the main switch.
•
The display shows the instrument model and the software version.
•
Then, it shows the main screen with the current heating block temperature on the left and the set program on the right.
Analysis
•
Place the test tubes in the heating block.
•
Set and select the desired program, as explained in the chapter 4.
•
Press the ENTER button to start the analysis.
•
The instrument carries out automatically the analysis:

The block is heated up to the set temperature
➢
The temperature is maintained stable for the set time
During the analysis, the display constantly shows the current and set working parameters
Note: once the set temperature is reached, by pressing ENTER it is possible to activate the continuous mode.
➢
After the analysis time has elapsed, the heating is stopped and the display shows END
Press any buttons to return to the main screen
Note: the analysis can be manually interrupted by pressing ESC at any time; the instrument will ask for confirmation
