WT81 -- MULTIFUNCTIONAL PROJECTION CLOCK
1. Introduction
Thank you for buying the WT81 ! This multifunctional clock does much more than merely display the correct time !
This device is also equipped with several other functions : an alarm, a temperature readout, a snooze and a
projection function and a backlight.
2. Features
Display in normal mode : Month, date, day of the week, hours, minutes and temperature are displayed
Daily Alarm
: Hours and minutes should be entered
Temperature Readout : Select °C or °F for the temperature display
Backlight
: Enables the user to read the display in the dark
Projection :
Press
SNOOZE/LIGHT
to project the time on the surface of your choice for three
seconds.
3. Batteries (not incl.) and Adapter (incl.)
Remove the cover of the battery compartment at the back of the WT81 and insert two AA-batteries of 1.5V. Mind the
polarity when inserting the batteries.
Connect the included AC/DC adapter (220V/50Hz) with the mains to project the time permanently.
4. Setting the Correct Date and Time
Note : The digits will change faster if the
UP
or
DOWN
button is held. The day of the week is adjusted automatically.
Hold the
TIME/CAL SET
button for three seconds until the digits for the hours start to flash. Enter the hours with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm with
TIME/CAL SET
. The digits for the minutes start to flash. Enter the minutes with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm with
TIME CAL/SET
. The digits for the year start to flash. Select a year between 1999 and 2048 with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm with
TIME/CAL SET
. The digits for the month start to flash. Select the month with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm with
TIME/CAL SET
. The digits for the date start to flash. Enter the date with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm
with
TIME/CAL SET
. The device returns to the normal display mode.
5. Setting the Daily Alarm
Press the
ALM SET
button once to display the current alarm time for ± 6 seconds. Hold
ALM SET
for three seconds to
enter the alarm-setting mode. The digits for the hours start to flash. Enter the hours with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm with
ALM SET
. The digits for the minutes start to flash. Enter the minutes with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm with
ALM SET
.
The device returns to the normal display mode.
Press the
ALM ON/OFF
button at the back of the device. The
symbol should now appear on the LCD to signal that
the alarm is armed. Press
ALM ON/OFF
a second time to delete the symbol from the display and disarm the alarm.
The alarm will sound for 1 minute at the programmed time, unless the user presses one of the buttons. Press a random
button to stop the alarm for 24 hours.
