After setting vanes (see insert) install top spacer ring. Orient locking tabs as shown, and then slide ring over top of canister
until tabs snap into groove in canister.

After setting vanes (see insert) install bottom spacer ring. Orient locking tabs as shown, and then slide ring over probe and
onto canister, until tabs snap in groove.
