The safety plug is
not plugged to a
voltage-carrying
outlet.
Insert the safety plug
of the supplied pow-
er cord to an earthed
socket to which alter-
nating current between
110 and 240 volts is
connected and which
is protected with a
residual-current circuit
breaker.
The power supply
plug is not put
into the power
connector of the
POS Touch 12.
Put the power supply
plug into the pow-
er connector of the
POS Touch 12.
The On/Off key is
damaged.
Contact your Vectron
dealer.
The power supply is
damaged.
Contact your Vectron
dealer.
The POS Touch 12
is damaged.
Contact your Vectron
dealer.
The POS Touch 12
does not react to
your entries.
