DO NOT place shower chair on uneven surfaces. Ensure
all four feet are in contact on a smooth, hard surface.
DO NOT use shower chair if it’s wobbly or unstable. DO
NOT stand on shower chair.
DO NOT exceed the user's static weight capacity of
250 lbs.
DO NOT use shower chair for anything other than
its intended purpose.

1) Place Seat on flat surface with screw holes facing up.
Match
colored labels on Leg Sec�on to Seat.
NOTE
: “TOP” leg sec�on must be placed above the
“BOTTOM”
leg sec�on

2) Affix Short Screw Knobs w/Washers (x5) to secure Leg
Sec�ons.
TIGHTEN KNOBS COMPLETELY.

3) Insert Leg Extensions into each Leg Section. Adjust
height based on individual's preferences. You will hear a
'click' once each leg is secured.
IMPORTANT: Before use, ensure Shower Chair is on
an even
surface with 4 legs standing firmly on the
floor. Regularly
�ghten all screws as loosening may occur
over �me.
