Tar and and a lot of soot
in the tubes. Incorrect combustion. See the item about high flue gas temperature.
Incorrect connection. Check.
Heat is not transferred
from the boiler to the
accumulator. Circulation pump too small. The pump must have sufficient capacity so that it can
transfer the heat. Replace with a bigger pump.
Air. Our suggested connection is not air-sensitive. Vent.
Incorrect accumulator
connection. See points above.
Boiling sound in the boiler. Low pressure head. Check the pressure, should be > 14.5 psi. The expansion
tank must be adapted to the volume and the temperature
variations that occur.
Fan does not start Switches in position O. Switch the switches to position I.
Forgot to connect the quick
connector. Connect the quick connector.
Overheating protection
triggered. Reset the overheating protection.
Safety valve opens when
the temperature of the
system increases. Expansion tank too small. See the 'Expansion system' section.
Prepressurisation in the
expansion tank too high/low. Check the pressure in the tank. See 'Expansion system'.
