2.5.1.2 Mounting
Fig. 11
1)
Grasp the collector by the handle
1
in the front part of the frame.
2)
Place the lifting rod
2
on the crossbar of the handlebars
3
.
3)
Push the pins
4
on the collector frame into both guides
5
in the carrier plate of the cylinder sweeping brushes. While doing so
the collector is in a vertical position.
4)
Lower the collector into a horizontal position. The rubber strip
6
on the top side of the plastic container of the collector must fit
between the mudguard
7
and the cylinder sweeping brushes
8
.
It does not matter if the bottom rubber strip is folded forward when the collector is tilted. It will spontaneously flip into
the correct position during the start of the machine.
2.5.1.3 Controls
1)
Fig. 12
Lift the collector to a vertical position by pulling the middle part of the handle of the lifting rod (in the direction of the
arrow
1
) to tip the waste out of the collector.
2)
The collector can be also transported over shorter distances when raised to a vertical position – see
Fig.
Transportation of the collector in the raised position is possible only after thorough cleaning of the collector!
a)
grasp the handle
1
in
Fig.
b)
raise the collector into a vertical position and put lifting rod
2
in
Fig.
on the crossbar of the handlebars
3
.
c)
raise the collector upward and slide the transverse pipe into the stopper

2.5.2 OR-80 Dozer blade
The dozer blade is supplied fully assembled.
2.5.2.1 Mounting
Fig. 14
1)
Hold the blade by both longitudinal holders
1
.
2)
Push the guide pins into both guides
2
in the carrier plate of the cylinder sweeping brushes.
3)
Lift the blade upwards and slide the reaction arm
3
into the space between the cylinder sweeping brushes. By simultaneous
lowering of the blade and rotation of the arm the arm will slide in all the way - the fork
4
on the reaction arm will be leaning
against the gearbox.
4)
The blade mounting design is of the floating type. After attaching on the machine make sure the blade moves freely vertically.
2.5.2.2 Use
When using the
OR-80
dozer blade always use the extreme turning positions of the cylinder sweeping brushes - see Chapter
and
Fig.
. Snow slides along the blade better to the side. The dozer blade removes the upper layer of snow, which the cylinder sweeping
brushes could not sweep away. About 2 cm high layer of snow remains on the surface, which the cylinder sweeping brushes throw into the
space behind the blade and to the side.
The swept away snow might get stuck on the back of the blade. This is not a case of a malfunction. Clean the space occasionally
by hand.
When moving around solid obstacles (curbs, building walls, etc.), Make sure to avoid contact with the blade.
There is a danger of damage to the machine!
2.5.3 AP-80 Dust cover
2.5.3.1 Assembly
Fig. 15
1)
Lay the cover
1
on a flat solid surface with the inner side upwards.
2)
Place the frame on the cover
2
with holders facing downwards.
3)
Fold over the rims with Velcro fasteners and fix them as shown: the middle rim
3
is shown in
Fig. 15 on the left
, both outer
rims
4
are shown in
Fig. 15 on the right
.
2.5.3.2 Mounting
Fig. 16
1)
Hold the cover in places marked .
2)
Slide the upper
1
and lower
2
pins into the guide rails
3
and drop the cover right down until it stops. Correct position of the
pins: upper pins
2
lean against the front part of the guide rails
3
, the lower pins
1
lean against the rear part of the guide rails
3
.
