Acknowledge Active Command (a)
This command checks that a device is responding to a data recorder or
another device by asking a device to acknowledge its presence on the
bus.
Command format: a<cr><lf>
The response:
a<cr><lf>
Example:
0<cr><lf>
0<cr><lf>
Wind Data Message (aR1)
This command requests the wind data message.
Command format: aR1<cr><lf>

= Device address
<cr><lf> = Command terminator
