General information
The neutralisation device with feed pump,
Part No. 301 374, provides neutralisation of condensed
water from boilers and/or flue pipe systems made of
stainless steel, plastic and ceramics.
The condensed water from the condensing unit is fed
into a vessel. In the vessel there is neutralising medium
which lifts the pH value of the condensed water to a
neutral level. The neutralisation medium can be replaced
via a removable cover.
A feed pump pumps the neutralised condensed water
through a drain hose, controlled by the level of water,
over a height difference of up to 2 metres. It can then be
directed into the sewage system from this location.
The operating conditions of the unit are displayed. In the
event of a fault the boiler is temporarily switched off via
an error signalling line which is connected directly into
the System ProE Switching Field of the condensing
boiler until the fault is resolved. This prevents
condensed water from coming out of the unit into the
room.

Caution!
The neutralisation device must be mounted
horizontally. The bottom of the neutralisation
device must be at least 90 mm lower than the
condensed water drain connection on the
condensing boiler.
