Cable lengths

Please ensure adherence to the maximal permissible cable lengths for the respective
devices - see section “5 SMGM technical data”.

Switch latency period

Superfluous “daisy-chaining”

lead to higher latency! The SMGM-SI modules must al-

ways be connected on the highest switch level.

Diagnosis segment

To use the HF diagnostics of the mobile participants, the SMGM-SC must be connected
to a defined rail segment on which only one SMGM-DI or BCC/SMGM has mechanically
enough space together with both couplers.
