SMGM MODULES

6.9.2

SD card replacement

The SD card is located underneath the HF-proof cover labelled SD card on the module side.

•

Disconnect SMGM module from voltage - 24 V DC supply off

•

Remove the HF cover marked “SD” (TX08 screwdriver)

•

Slightly press the SD card to unlock it and take it out of the slot.

•

Insert configured SD card into the slot and lock it by pressing it slightly.

•

Put the “SD” HF cover back in place and screw it tight (TX08 screwdriver)

•

Turn on 24 V DC supply of SMGM module.

•

The SMGM module boots and adopts the data from the SD card.

TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS!

Information on SD cover / interference radiation

Without the mounted SD cover, standard-compliant operation of the SMGM module is
not possible. The function and operational reliability of the SMGM system are not safe-
guarded if the SD cover is not installed!

Information on labelling the SD card

To prevent errors, we recommend labelling the SD card immediately after taking it out:
Configuration (e.g. SMGM-SI-1).
