Disassembling the housing cover at the side of the on/off switch
➨
Lay the pumping unit down with the housing cover at the
side of the ON/OFF switch facing upwards (support pump-
ing unit appropriately).

Use a hex key size 4 to loosen the six socket head screws
at the pump head.

Raise the housing cover.
➨
Pull off the hose from the housing cover. Do not kink the
hose.

Remove head covers from housing cover and check
valves. Note position of valves and remove.

Never remove parts by using a spiky or sharp-edged tool
(e. g. screw driver), we recommend to use a rubber mallet
or compressed air (to be blown carefully into port).

Replace valves if necessary.

Use petroleum ether or industrial solvent to remove de-
posits. Do not inhale.

Apply screw driver as shown and turn.

Open hose clip by using a flat-bladed screw driver and pull
off hose.
