Connection via small flange
Required connection material:
Clamping ring with centering or
centering ring for KF DN16 (tool: fork wrenche size 17).
1. Place the small flange KF DN16 on top of vacuum connection
of the gauge.
2. Screw in the small flange KF DN16 hand tight.
3.
Remove the protection cap

from the small flange
KF DN16 (h) .
4. Put the gauge with the centering onto the connection of the
apparatus

