Automatic boost
All the cooking zones are equipped with an automatic boost function. With
this function, a cooking zone works at full power for a certain length of time
(see table). It then automatically goes back to the power level set.
Switching on
A
On the slider, keep the power level for continuing cooking e.g.
pressed
for 3 seconds.

alternate in the display while the automatic boost is
activated.
– When the automatic boost is over, the power level is reduced to that set
for continuing cooking.
Switching off before time
A
Select a lower level on the slider.
Do not leave the appliance unattended when the automatic boost
function is on. Smaller amounts of food or liquid can get hot very
quickly!
The automatic boost function must be activated anew each time a
cooking zone is switched on.
Automatic boost is switched off on delivery of the appliance from the
factory. If required the factory setting must be changed from 0 to 1,
see chapter 'User settings'.

If the power level set for continuing cooking is increased while the
automatic boost is activated, the duration of the boost will change
automatically.
