close to the hob in order
to establish a bluetooth
connection.

If the problem could not be
resolved:
▸ Remove the «My Hob»
connection from the
bluetooth settings of the
mobile device.
▸ Hold the button on the
hob depressed for
15 seconds until
ap-
pears in the display.
▸ Wait briefly, then connect
the hob using the app’s
setup wizard.

If the problem could not be
resolved:
▸ Note down the serial num-
ber (SN) of the appliance.
▸ Contact Customer Ser-
vices.
Problems with net-
worked cookware.

Faulty bluetooth transmission
parts.
▸ Contact the manufacturer

The appliance is not
working and all the dis-
