GuidedCooking

With the GuidedCooking App, various recipes and individual ingredients can be pre-
pared in the networked DUROMATIC © Comfort and HOTPAN © Comfort cookware from
Kuhn Rikon without the need to operate the hob manually by simply following the instruc-
tions in the app.

5.1

Conditions

The following conditions must be met for full use of GuidedCooking:

Installing the app

▸ Search the Google Play

Store or the App Store

for «V-

ZUG GuidedCooking App» or scan the QR code.

▸ Install and open the GuidedCooking App.

5.3

Initial set-up

Before using for the first time, the following activities must be performed once to connect
the hob to the mobile device. Bluetooth must be enabled on the mobile device and the
mobile device must be close to the hob.
Add your cookware and configure further settings in the app’s setup wizard. Use the app
to connect the hob via bluetooth as follows:
▸ Touch the button to switch on the hob.
▸ Hold the button depressed for 5 seconds.

A short double acoustic signal is emitted.

–

The indicator light for the button flashes at short intervals.

▸ If the hob discovers a suitable mobile device, a 6-digit code will appear in the operat-

ing time / timer display for 30 seconds, as shown in the example below.
