Rotisserie spit
The appliance is equipped with a drive for the rotisserie spit which comes on automatic-
ally with the
«Grill» and
«Soft roasting with grill» applications. The rotisserie spit
can be used together with the angled food probe.
Rotisserie spit
▸ Season and then tie up the meat.
▸ For joints, position fork

so that the
thickest part of the meat is aligned with
groove

▸ Compress the meat with second fork

and fix with the ring screws.
▸ Put the baking tray, which has been
lined with aluminium foil, at level 1.
▸ Put the frame with the rotisserie spit at
level 3 and push it right to the back of
the cooking space.

▸ Insert the end

▸ Push the spit through the breast meat
and not through the body cavity of the
chicken.

probe and the hook is as taught as
possible.
▸ Insert plug

For a correct food probe temperature reading, the thickest part of the meat must
be aligned with the groove in the front third of the rotisserie spit.
