Temperature measurement
The temperature inside the cooking space is measured when the cooking space is
empty according to an internationally accepted standard. Own measurements can be im-
precise and are not suitable for checking the accuracy of the temperature.

Saving energy while cooking
The

▸ Avoid opening the appliance door frequently.
▸ For gratins, use the residual heat: for cooking times over 30 minutes, switch the appli-
ance off 5–10 minutes before the end of the operating time.
▸ Minimize preheating.
▸ Only preheat the cooking space if the cooking or baking results depend on it.

EcoStandby
To prevent unnecessary energy consumption, the appliance is equipped with the auto-
matic energy-saving «EcoStandby» function.
To reduce power consumption to a minimum, select «Hide time» in the user set-
tings. Despite EcoStandby, all safety functions remain active.
