Food probe temperature
Setting the food probe temperature

Press the button 2×.
– The symbol flashes.
– The recommended food probe temperature flashes.

Turn the adjusting knob to set the desired food probe temperature. The food
probe temperature depends on what you are cooking and how well cooked you
want it. See the 'Tips on settings' section.

Select the desired operating mode and cooking space temperature.

Press the adjusting knob to start the appliance straightaway.
– The food probe temperature is shown during cooking.
– As long as the food probe temperature is below 30 °C,
appears in
the temperature display.
Checking / Changing the food probe temperature

Press the button 2×.
– The symbol flashes for about 15 seconds.
– The set food probe temperature flashes in the temperature display.

Turn the adjusting knob to change the food probe temperature.
The food probe has to be plugged in in order to set the food probe
temperature.
If the food probe temperature is to be measured only, reset it to .
