Baking with hot air
Place a suitable baking form (round tin, spring form tin, cake tin, etc.) on the wire shelf.
Push the original baking tray right to the back of the cooking space for optimum air
circulation.
Selecting the right level is particularly important when using hot air.
On one level

Put original baking tray or shallow baking
forms on the wire shelf at level
3.

Put deep baking forms, e.g. spring forms or
gugelhopf (ring) tins, on the wire shelf and
bulky food, e.g. a loaf of bread, on the
original baking tray at level
1.
On two levels
