Convection
Grillforced convection
In addition to top / bottom heat, a fan circulates
the hot air evenly around the cooking space.
Suitable for making soufflées, eclairs and me-
ringues on one level.
This operating mode uses both the large grill and
hot air at the same time.
To avoid excessively dirtying the cooking space,
put the food to be grilled in a shallow, heatproof
dish.
It is recommended that food be grilled on the wire
shelf at a cooking space temperature of between
150 °C and 190 °C. A baking tray lined with
aluminium foil placed at the lowest shelf level
serves as a drip tray.
Suitable for roasting chicken and meat as well as
for gratinating and browning.
