Trouble-shooting
You may be able to trouble-shoot the following malfunctions yourself. If not, note down
the error message in full (message, F and E numbers) and call Customer Services.

Error messages

Various situations can
lead to an error mes-
sage.
▸ Acknowledge the error message by
touching «OK».
▸ Switch the power supply off for about
1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply back on.
▸ If the error appears again, note down
the error message in full along with
the serial number (SN) of the appli-
ance (see page 62).
▸ Disconnect from the power supply.
▸ Contact Customer Services.

▪
Disruption in the
power supply.
▸ Acknowledge the error message by
touching «OK».
▸ Switch the power supply off for about
1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply back on.
▸ If the error appears again, note down
the error message in full along with
the serial number (SN) of the appli-
ance (see page 62).
▸ Disconnect from the power supply.
▸ Contact Customer Services.

Temperature must

device next to the locking hook and
keep it pressed.

▸ Press «OK».
▸ Push in the lever of the door status
detection device for 15 seconds. Dur-
ing these 15 seconds, the locking
hook will move.
