TM-403 User’s Guide 

Tray-to-Tray Output Option

Tray-to-Tray Output Option

If desired, the TM-403 can combine two partially filled trays by picking from Tray 1 and
placing to Tray 2. Follow the procedure below to configure Tray-to-Tray placement.

Note: 

The intended use for the Tray-to-Tray function is to pick from Tray 1, which is the

tray located closest to the front of the machine, and place to Tray 2.

Open the 

Tray Tab

, then press the 

Center Index 

button to move the tray carriage

to the 

Eject Tray

 position for convenient loading. ..

Load the Tray that the parts will be picked from into the 

Tray 1 Position

. Load the

tray that the parts will be placed to into the 

Tray 2 Position

. Ensure the parts are

consistently oriented in both trays.
