If you are using Windows 2003, you must have the

Replace a Process

Level Token

and

Adjust Memory Quotas for a Process

rights, or be a

member of the local Administrators group.

You must have Outlook configured so that launching Outlook does not ask

for domain credentials

You must make sure that the default Mail profile is pointed at the proper

Exchange server

For New Users Without a VTEXT Password:
