Calibration
Using a precision weight,the accuracy of the
balance can be checked at any time and adjusted.
Calibration Procedure:
1. Check that the surrounding conditions are stable.
2. Allow the scale to warm up for about 2 minutes.
3. Remove all items from the platform.
4. With the display showing “0.0g”, Press and hold
the CAL/MODE button until the display shows
“400.0”
5. Pace the two 200g weights on the platform.
6. Wait for approximately 4 seconds as the
calibration process takes place. The display will
Show “F” when and if the calibration has been
successfully completed.
7. If it shows “E” the calibration has failed and you
should repeat the above steps.
8. Remove weights and turn the scale off and back
on to return to normal weighing mode.
Parts Counting
1. Turn on the scale
2. Press Cal/MODE until you get the desired sample
number. rEF5, rEF10, rEF20, rEF50.
3. With the selected parts counting unit still
displayed, place the designated number of sample
parts on the weighing surface or bowl.
