Step 2
Installation of woofer
After drilling out the rivets of the standard loudspeaker, insert the woofer into the
mounting cut-out. Pay attention to the correct position of the connection socket (1).
Fasten the loudspeaker at the 4 fastening points (illustration 5 arrows).
Step3
Installation of tweeter
Cut 3 parts from the included adhesive ring and place them on the tweeter as shown in
the illustration. The entry openings (arrows) must remain free.
Remove the protective paper from the adhesive parts and fit the tweeter on the pins on the
loudspeaker opening (arrows) in the door paneling. To be on the safe side glue each of the
3 pins with normal commercial 2-component glue.
Connect all cables and execute a function test of the loudspeakers. Re-install all parts in
reverse order..

Tip: Before beginning – Shut-off ignition and all electrical devices
Tip: If standard loudspeakers are already installed be careful of the plug
connections of the already existing tweeters when you remove the side
paneling. Loosen the plug connections.
Step 1
Removal of rear seat:
Pull out the 4 guides of the children’s seat holders (1). Pull the back seat forward and
upward out of both tracks (2), press backward and pull the back side upward. Now the
back seat can be removed from the automobile.
Step 2
Removal of entrance rail
Pull the entrance rail out of the holders in the threshold (4) and in the side paneling (5) as
shown in the illustrations.

Removal of side paneling:
Fold the back rest of the front seat forward and
remove the upper top cover (underneath the safety
belt). Behind the cover you will find a fastening
screw (A) which should be removed. First carefully
pull the paneling forward then backward out of the
holders (arrows). Carefully push the paneling
forward until it comes loose. Then remove it from
the automobile.

B-Removal of column paneling
Very carefully remove the “AIRBAG” sign. Remove the screw underneath the sign. Pull out
the paneling from the lower holder (7) in the direction shown by the arrow and then pull
downward out of the upper holder (8) and lay it aside.
