PROBLEM
CAUSE
REMEDY
Insufficient heating
• Boiler heat transfer surfaces may be
covered with soot and soot.
• The fuel used may be of poor quality
• The pump may not be running
• Insulation may be insufficient
• Feeding – Standby settings may be
incorrect, underfeeding manually
Clean it with the help of a rake. (the boiler must not burn)
Change your fuel and try to get some before refueling.
Call for service, make sure the plug of the control panel is plugged into
the power.

Enter the correct settings on the Feed - Standby settings page. Or
correct the settings by observing the flame. Add some more fuel if hand
fed
Not good combustion
Combustion air may be low

manual feeding.
Change your fuel
Check that there are no holes or cracks anywhere in the chimney.
Close the flue flap. If it's still not enough, consult your chimney.
Decrease the fan speed.
Increase the heat insulation of the place where the boiler is installed
