2. Installation
1. No dust.
2. No acidic gas.
3. The oven has to be set up on an even and flat surface and should not be exposed
to vibration.
4. Avoid exposing the oven to direct sunlight.
5. In order to avoid disturbances, keep away from strong electromagnetic fields.
6. Avoid liquid entering into the oven. Do not let water or oil overflow into the unit and
do not clean the oven
under running water
as it can affect normal operations.
7. Servicing, maintenance, repairs and cord damage may be performed
only by
trained specialists
(Qualified specialists from manufacturer’s service agent or
similarly qualified persons.)
8. Maximum food load: In the pizza oven you should not load more than 44lbs food
(bread or bakery products.)
9. The oven cannot be used as a working top. Do not place any objects on it in order
to maintain normal working operation.
