Operation

Operating the tool
□
This Spline Drive Tool is designed to operate on 90 PSIG.
Lower pressure (below 90 PSIG) will reduce performance
of the tool. Higher air pressure (over 90 PSIG) raises the
performance of the tool beyond its rated capacity and
could cause serious damage to tool and user.

Changing Direction
□
For standard drilling operations the reverse valve lever will
be in the up position with the “F” visible.
□
For reverse operation or back drilling applications the
reverse valve will be in the down position with the “R”
visible.

Installing drill attachment
WARNING:
Disconnect tool from air supply before servicing
or changing accessories.
To install the drill attachment:
□
Remove the air supply from the tool.
□
Insert the drill attachment as far as possible into the
opening aligning hex flats to achieve desired drill
attachment position.
□
Tighten knurled nut to secure drill attachment.

To remove the drill attachment:

Remove the air supply from the tool.
□
Loosen knurled nut to remove drill attachment.
