Abbreviations/Terms

Used in this Guide

SCART: 

A SCART cable carries the video, audio and system
control signals, to and from the VCR, TV, Games
Console or other equipment

Loop Through: 

An input signal that is re-directed, looped through and
sent back out to make it available to be displayed by
another device (e.g. the FOXTEL Digital iQ).

LED:

Light Emitting Diode (this is on the front panel of the
FOXTEL iQ and top of the FOXTEL Digital Remote) which
light up when buttons or functions are selected."

av: 

The av button is intended to be used if you connect
additional audio/visual equipment to your television.
