Loosen the cable restraints lock nut and pull out the torch leads. 

 

Insert the leads on the new torch through the cable restraint. 

 

Connect the ¼” nut on the Current/air lead to the current connector. 
Take care not to over tighten. 

 

Connect the pilot lead to the M6 pilot lead connector with the M6 nut and locking washer. 
Take care not to over tighten.
