Check open circuit voltage.

Remove jumper J1 from the E3 ignition & control pcb.

Measure between P and minus (-) on the E4 secondary PCB with a DC voltage measurement.
Correct value is approx 240VDC.
If this value is incorrect, recheck the machine most likely on step has been missed.
