To program the option prices, follow the steps below.
1.
Using the toggle switch at the top of the CPU board, place the Wash Select II in
setup mode by moving the switch toward the back of the Wash Select II case.
(The CPU board is located on the inside right wall of the Wash Select II case.)
2.
Using the (3) key to scroll forward and the (1) key to scroll back, scroll through the
main menu until the "Option Set-Up" option is displayed. Press the (*) key to
enter.

The first option to be displayed will be “Option Price 1”. Press the (*) key to enter.
4.
The main display window will show you the current price of the wash on the first
line
and the words “Option 1”. Enter the new price of Option 1 in cents format, and
then press the (*) key to enter. (Example: $5.00 would be entered as 500.
Maximum option price:$650.00.)

Use the (3) key to scroll to the next wash. Continue to follow these directions until
you have programmed all of the option prices.

Option Names
This feature allows you to program option names. If you plan to sell options with the car wash
and have Optioning enabled, you need to customize the option names. You can program up
to 3 option names, up to 10 characters each. The default name is "Option x", where x is 1, 2
or 3 for the 3 options.

Using the (3) key to scroll forward and the (1) key to scroll back, scroll through the
main menu until the “Option Setup” option is displayed. Press the (*) key to enter.

Scroll through this menu until the “Option 1 Name” option is displayed, then press
the (*) key to enter.
4.
Using Figure 3 above as a guide, program the option 1 name. Once you have
entered the entire option name, press the (*) key to enter.
5.
Continue to configure each remaining option name until all desired wash names
have been programmed.

Speech Menu
The functions in this menu will allow you to configure and test the optional speech module
card. This card attaches to the middle of the CPU board of the Wash Select II.
2.6.1
Playback Messages
This function will allow you to playback each of the speech messages. When you enter the
play message function, choose the message you wish to hear. The following steps will walk
you through the “Playback Messages” function.
