Wash Setup Menu

The “Wash Set-Up Menu” will allow you to configure the names and prices of each wash
package.

2.5.1

Programming Wash Package Prices

To program the wash prices follow the steps below.

1.

Using the toggle switch at the top of the CPU board, place the Wash Select II in
setup mode by moving the switch toward the back of the Wash Select II case.
(The CPU board is located on the inside right wall of the Wash Select II case.)

2.

Using the (3) key to scroll forward and the (1) key to scroll back, scroll through the
main menu until the "Wash Set-Up" option is displayed. Press the (*) key to enter.

3.

The first option to be displayed will be “Wash Price 1”. Press the (*) key to enter.

4.

The main display window will show you the current price of the wash on the first
line and the words “Wash 1”. Enter the new price of Wash 1 in cents format, and
then press the (*) key to enter. (Example: $5.00 would be entered as 500.
Maximum wash package price: $650.00.)

5.

Use the (3) key to scroll to the next wash. Continue to follow these directions until
you have programmed all of the wash prices you would like to change.



Note:



If you wish to disable a wash, (this will give you only three washes) you may do so by
entering $0.00 for the wash price. This will disable the button for that particular wash.



Wash prices changed at the coin box only affect cash, token and credit card transactions. If
you change a wash price that is part of a coupon code configuration, the value of the coupon
code will also change. These changes do not affect prices for wash purchases sold at the
POS4000.

2.5.2

Programming Wash Package Names

This feature will allow you to program your wash names. This will affect various parts of the
system. Some of the features affected by changing your wash names are:



Wash Displays



Main Screen when a wash is purchased



Upgrade prompts



Fleet receipts



Credit receipts



Cash receipts



Fleet account configuration



Fleet profile configuration
