GENERAL
This information is intended for the instruction of this low NOx
kit only. The Installation Instruction supplied with the appliance
are to be used for all other aspects of the installation.
WARNING: Improper installation, adjustment service, or main-
tenance can cause injury or property damage,
therefore, only a qualified installer or qualified serv-
ice personnel should perform this conversion.
INSPECTION
The following list details the parts included in this kit. Inspect
the kit to insure that all listed parts are included.
INSTALLATION
WARNING: Make sure both the gas and electric power are
shut-off.
1. Turn off electrical and gas to the unit.
2. Remove burner assembly at vestibule panel. Carefully move
assembly aside and provide adequate support to assembly. It
should not be necessary to disconnect any wiring.
3. Install a screen into each heat exchanger tube. (Refer to
Figure 1 and 2 for position of screen).
4. reinstall burner assembly to vestibule panel.
5. Remove label 035-11635-000 from the shipping box. Check
the natural gas.
6. Under "Rating After Conversion", write in the following;
a. Orifice size, as stamped on the orifice.
b. Maximum inlet pressure - 10.5" WC.
c. Minimum inlet pressure - 4.5" WC.
d. Manifold pressure - 3.5" WC.
e. Input, this will the input on the Rating Plate

sumes responsibility for the proper conversion of this appliance with this kit.
