Set welding parameters using the voltage and 

wire feed controls.

Close  down  the  top  roller  bracket  and  clip  the 

pressure arm into place. Apply a medium amount of 
pressure to the drive roller

 Fit the correct size contact tip over the wire and 

fasten tightly into the tip holder.

Adjust the burn back control to prevent the wire 

sticking in the weld pool. Burn back control is located 
above the wire feed motor

 Remove the gas nozzle and contact tip from the 

front end of the MIG torch.

Fit the gas nozzle to the torch head.

 Press and hold the inch wire button to feed the 

wire down the torch cable through to the torch head.

Carefully open the valve of the gas cylinder, set the 

flow to 8-10 L/min
